According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to private individuals, not businesses.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that the item is kept in substantially unchanged condition and the packaging must be unbroken. Contact customer service to return your goods. The shipping costs and handling fees for the return shipment are the responsibility of the consumer.
The store applies the following prices for returns:
Packages delivered to a collection point: 99 kr
Packages delivered by home delivery: 500 kr
When returning, the customer is responsible for the risk of the item; therefore, it is important that the item does not get damaged during transport. The item must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging. The item remains the customer's property until we have received the return. If you have questions regarding the right of withdrawal/return, you are welcome to contact our customer service under the "Contact" tab.
In case of returns, you are responsible for the risk of the item, and it is therefore very important that the item is returned in undamaged original packaging and that any tags and manuals are also included. Do not use the original packaging as outer packaging, as this will damage the original packaging. Pack your return well, and it is of course fine to use the same packaging that the product was originally packed in.
If the item has been handled to a greater extent than what has been necessary to test the item, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation deduction, referring to the Distance Selling Act and agreements made outside business premises in Sweden.
If the item is delivered in packaging that cannot be opened without damaging the packaging, you as a consumer have the right to open the packaging to examine your item without consuming your right of return.
Refunds for received and approved returns will be processed within 30 days.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply if your item is a special order that we do not keep in stock, that is to say, it is specially ordered specifically for you and/or produced according to your specific wishes. If your item is defined as "special order," it means by definition that it is specially ordered and produced according to your specific order. All items labeled "special order," i.e., items not in stock, are therefore not covered by the right of open purchase or exchange.
Uncollected Package
Your package typically remains at the collection point/terminal for 14 days after it arrives. If you do not collect your package within these days, the package will be returned to us, and we will charge you 250 kr for uncollected packages. If you have changed your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must accept the package to then return it to us; otherwise, it will be registered as an "uncollected package," and you as a customer will be charged the corresponding amount.
