Pocket springs made the Vispring way
Vispring manufactures around 1.2 million springs a week using the same techniques that have always been used. Each vanadium steel spring is wound in six identical coils – the perfect shape to support the entire body and to retain its strength for decades to come. Everything is handcrafted by the staff in Plymouth where nothing is left to chance.
Soft and breathable cotton
In addition to its familiar softness, cotton is an incredibly durable material. As cotton breathes and absorbs, it is perfect for filling our mattresses. Vispring sources its cotton from Turkey – with its long fibers and incredible sheen, it is a truly versatile and luxurious material to work with.
The Vispring Devonshire Continental has been named after the county of Devonshire in southwest England. Here, two national parks consist of different types of heathland. This amazing handcrafted Vispring model is filled with Platinum certified Devonshire wool, British fleece wool, and layers of Vispring's individual spring system.
